1.0 Purpose & Scope
Amogh Chemicals is committed to the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance with all laws and regulations. This Whistleblower Policy aims to encourage employees, contractors, and other stakeholders to report concerns about unethical, illegal, or improper conduct within the organization, without fear of retaliation.
*Amogh chemicals extends this reporting to Environmental, Safety concerns as well.
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, directors, and third parties who do business with Amogh Chemicals.
2.0 Types of Concerns to Report
Concerns may include, but are not limited to:
- Fraud, theft, or misappropriation of funds or property.
- Bribery, corruption, or other unethical financial practices.
- Violations of laws or regulations.
- Discrimination, harassment, or other violations of company policies.
- Unsafe working conditions.
- Any other misconduct that threatens the integrity or reputation of Amogh Chemicals.
- Any environmental issues (Detrimental to environment)
3.0 Reporting Procedure
- Internal Reporting
- Employees are encouraged to first report their concerns to their immediate supervisor, manager, or department head.
- If the employee feels uncomfortable reporting to their supervisor or manager, or if the concern involves senior management, the report can be made directly to the Human Resources (HR) department or top management.

- Anonymous Reporting
- Amogh Chemicals provides a confidential reporting platform for anonymous reporting.
- External Reporting
- If the individual believes that the issue is not adequately addressed internally, they may report it to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
4.0 Investigation Process
- Acknowledgement
- All reports will be acknowledged (If not anonymous) within 10 working days of receipt.
- Investigation
- All reports will be investigated promptly and thoroughly. An investigation may be conducted by HR, top management, or an external party, depending on the nature of the report. Management can decide to setup Investigation committee in case it feels necessary.
- The investigation will be confidential, and details will only be disclosed to individuals on need to know basis.
- Resolution
- Upon completion of the investigation, the whistleblower informed (in case it is not an anonymous complain) of the findings and any actions taken. If the concern is substantiated, corrective action will be taken in accordance with the company’s policies.
5.0 Protection Against Retaliation
Amogh Chemicals prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports a concern in good faith or cooperates in an investigation. Retaliation includes but is not limited to dismissal, demotion, harassment, or any other form of adverse treatment. Any individual found to have retaliated against a whistleblower will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Confidentiality
The confidentiality of the whistleblower will be maintained to the extent possible, consistent with the need to conduct a thorough investigation. However, in some cases, complete confidentiality may not be possible.
False or Malicious Reports
Any individual who knowingly makes a false or malicious report, or who intentionally provides misleading information, may face disciplinary action.
Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains effective and complies with applicable laws and regulations.

6.0 Awareness
All employees are made aware of this policy by leadership during the initial release. Every employee will be made aware of the policy during the induction. And a refresher would be communicated via either awareness session, email or notices at least once in a year.
7.0 Monitoring and Measurement –

- # Employee Satisfaction of the process (To be Part of employee Satisfaction survey)
