Declaration on Child Labor, Forced Labor, and Human Trafficking

As part of our ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility and to ensure that our operations and supply chains adhere to the highest ethical standards, we, Amogh Chemicals Pvt Ltd, declare the following:

1. Commitment to Prohibit Child Labor
   We at  Amogh Chemicals Pvt Ltd do not engage in or tolerate the use of child labour in any form. We adhere to all local, national, and international laws regarding the minimum age for employment.
2. Commitment to Eliminate Forced Labor
   Amogh Chemicals Pvt Ltd is committed to preventing all forms of forced labour, whether in the form of debt bondage, involuntary servitude, or human trafficking.
3. Commitment to Combating Human Trafficking
   Amogh chemicals Pvt ltd. opposes to human trafficking in all its forms, including labour trafficking, sexual exploitation, and other forms of modern slavery. We adhere to all relevant laws and regulations regarding human trafficking.
4. Supplier and Contractor Responsibility
   We require all our suppliers, contractors, and business partners to commit to similar standards, prohibiting the use of child labour, forced labour, and human trafficking in their operations. As part of our supplier onboarding process, we assess and verify the adherence to these principles through their written commitment and also reserve the rights to audit them on the said parameters. Any violations identified will result in corrective actions, including termination of business relationships.
5. Reporting and Grievance Mechanism
   We have established a grievance mechanism to allow employees, suppliers, and others in our value chain to report any concerns regarding child labour, forced labour, or human trafficking without fear of retaliation. These reports are taken seriously, investigated thoroughly, and addressed promptly in accordance with our internal policies.

It gives us immense pleasure to report zero Non-compliance in the above-mentioned commitments in the calendar year 2024.
