Amogh Chemicals Pvt Ltd. is dedicated to responsible corporate citizenship, integrating sustainability into our business operations. This report outlines our key CSR initiatives throughout Year 2024-25 and the sustainable impact.

CSR Policy & Objectives in brief –

Our CSR policy focuses on:

• Environmental sustainability – Amogh chemical would take initiatives to Ensure environmental sustainability by adopting best ecological practices and encouraging conservation / judicious use of natural resources, ensure availability of Water throughout the year.

Ensure availability of ground water, water for agriculture throughout the   year to all        the stakeholders & in turn actively contribute to socio-economic development of        society

• Community welfare – Amogh chemicals promotes sustainable development of society. We act as a good Corporate Citizen, subscribing to the principles of Global Compact Society for implementation

Walkthrough of our Initiatives in the year 2024 and impact –

1) GHG Emission Reduction: Achieved a 30% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions through cleaner production technologies in year FY23-24 over Fy22-23.

We have set target to reduce it further by 15% in the FY2024-25

2) Renewable Energy Usage: Amogh chemicals has implemented 60KVA Solar Power System in year 2024. It will cater to 20% demand of energy.

3) Green Chemistry: Introduced eco-friendly chemical formulations with reduced environmental impact in our product DB-354. Amogh will continue its research and development for more products with less environmental impact.

4) Water Conservation: Amogh has built 2 check dams in Year 2022-23 and 2023-24. Both the projects are immensely successful in both parameters of “Environmental sustainability” and “Community welfare”. We continued our focus in direction and built a third check dam with a reservoir capacity of 400,000 Liters near Vaishakhare Gram-Panchayat. NGO Sanjeevani helped us making this happen.

Multiple impacts of this check dam

• Enhancing the water table in the area,
• Ensures year-round water availability for nearby villages, eliminating the need for people to travel for water,
• Farmers can now cultivate crops throughout the year, improving agricultural productivity.

Gram Panchayat Vaishakhare has acknowledged and appreciated our efforts by resolution in the Gram panchayat. It also provides the impact assessment by means of actual results.

5)Tree Plantation Initiative:

We donated 500 saplings of fruit tree to farmers in remote areas of Murbad taluka. We not only donated but Team Amogh did the plantation as well with the farmers. This initiative is to create a sustainable source of income in the long run and promotes afforestation and economic self-sufficiency among rural communities and obvious positive impact on environmental sustainability.

We periodically review the status of the growth of these plants. Team Amogh would extend any support required to ensure success of this initiative over next few years.

6) Internship Program –

Amogh has trained 3 students of ICT (Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai) college providing them Internship programme spanning 3 months. This helps students gain practical knowledge and hands on experience.

We shall continue such programmes in future to nurture fresh talent.

This year we welcomed 2 batches of 25+ students each for Industrial visit to understand insights of chemical industry, Production, Research & Development, Effluent treatment, science of storage etc.
